Street Racing Made Safe continues to forge ahead as the first and only non-profit of its kind. They give street racers the opportunity to race their vehicles safely in a controlled environment. They eliminate the need to worry about road conditions, public traffic & police. The Street Racing Made Safe program is a safe alternative to illegal street races gone wrong. These events are organized under quality and controlled conditions that ensure the safety of their racers, spectators, and their fans.

Why did you establish the organization? – I lost close friends and family to illegal street racing and found a solution “ Street Racing Made Safe”

2) What is the main goal, or objective, that your organization aims to tackle? – The needless loss of lives due to illegal street racing and the void of education and statistics related to street racing.

3) What would you consider the best possible outcome for your organization, if all goes well? – Government funding and a street racing related research facility geared towards data, education and simulation.

4) What makes street racing dangerous? – Speed, ignorance and adrenaline.

5) Should it be a priority & why? – Off-course it should, look at how many people are motivated by the show “Street Outlaws” and “Fast and Furious “ films without an outlet.

6) How many individuals have been helped through your organizations efforts? – We have held over 300 events since 2011 and on average in FL we reach anywhere between 100,000 to 150,000 people through our events.

7) What would be your message to a potential victim of illegal street racing? – You were lucky because speed moves in the opposite direction of your chance of survival with every MPH.
