What is your most recent release and when is it available?

“We just released the album “New Religion” at the end of June. It is currently available at Kivel Records. Mister Wonderful – New Religion – KIVEL RECORDS STORE“

What are some highlights for the band this year 2023?

“2023 has been a great year for us. We signed a deal with Kivel Records based out of Massachusetts USA and have already sold thousands of albums domestically. The album has been very well received and we’ve been posting reviews on our Facebook page. We are hoping to drive some exposure worldwide now. Your readers can find us on Facebook.“

Is there a specific venue you feel the audience should know about?

“Yes! The Wall Street Theater in Norwalk, CT is a fantastic venue! MISTER WONDERFUL is scheduled to perform there on October 7th at the New England Rock Fest (also known as N.E.R.F.). We will be opening up for double platinum selling artist FIREHOUSE!”

Where would you like to play next if you could?

“We have our sights set on a small but famous venue called “Daryl’s House” in Pawling, NY. This venue was created by Daryl Hall of the famous pop duo from the 1980s “Hall and Oates”. They used to broadcast live performances from Daryl’s House (and sometimes still do). The venue has an incredible vibe and sound system run by grammy award winning engineer Peter Moshay. Your readers should google him. What an incredibly talented individual. We’d love to play this room and have our sound mixed by Peter. Currently we are in talks to make this happen.”

What are some recent advancements for the band?

“Our new release is very fresh and being very well received. So this is a big step for us. Some of the songs were written before the pandemic, so getting through that and coming out with a great deal with Kivel Records has been a huge step forward for the band. The label has already engaged us for a second album which we are currently writing.”

What makes you iconic?

“I would say, at this point, MISTER WONDERFUL is not yet Iconic. With that said, I truly believe the band has the talent, through its songwriting and passionate live performances, to become iconic. But that is up to the audience. I ask your readers to decide for themselves and encourage them to pick up a copy of “New Religion” from Kivel Records.”
